We’re looking for a brand designer with a strong branding background to shape and grow the visual identity of digital products. If you have a keen eye, love making designs that are both beautiful and useful, and know your way around motion software, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Build brand identities end to end: strategy, logo, type, colour and visual direction, through to guidelines.

  • Design marketing websites and landing pages that carry the brand.

  • Make launch assets: social posts, presentations, pitch decks and other touchpoints.

  • Set up design systems that keep everything consistent as the brand grows.

  • Work with product designers, developers and marketing teams on one visual language.

  • Own projects from concept to delivery, and present the work to clients.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years designing brands and marketing sites professionally.

  • At least one full brand identity shipped end to end, from strategy through guidelines.

  • Expert in Illustrator and Photoshop, at home in Figma.

  • Strong layout, composition and typography, down to the last detail.

  • You’ve led client presentations on your own.

  • You’re AI-native: Claude and image tools are part of your day for research, moodboards and variations, and you review every output with a designer’s taste before it goes near a client.

Nice to have

  • After Effects for brand motion.

  • Rive or Jitter (a huge plus).

  • Experience with SaaS, AI or fintech brands.

Careers FAQ

Questions about working here

Still have a question?

Email us and a real person will answer.

Or email us hello@designme.agency

Do I need motion skills?

Not to apply, but they help a lot. The brands we make usually move: if you can animate a logo or a launch asset in After Effects, Rive or Jitter, show it.

What should my portfolio show?

At least one identity you took from strategy to guidelines, and how it lives on a website or in a deck. Tell us what you did yourself and what the team did.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Remote, hybrid and office are all options. Our home base is in Gdańsk, and you can also work from Chilliflex offices in Poland.

Where can I work from?

Poland, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, or the Americas. Hybrid and office days are in Poland.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. Every open role can be full-time or part-time. We agree the hours with you before you start.

How long is a working day?

Seven hours. We care about focused work and clear communication, not hours online.

Do you provide equipment?

No. We don’t provide or fund equipment, so you’ll work on your own computer.

Do you sponsor visas?

No. We can’t sponsor visas, so you need the right to work from where you are.

Do I need to use AI tools?

Yes. We work with Claude and other AI tools every day, and we want people who do too. What matters is the judgement you add: knowing when the output is good, and fixing it when it isn’t.

Is there a test task?

Yes, a paid task of 2 to 3 hours, close to real client work. Use the AI tools you’d use on the job and tell us which ones.

What kind of contract do you offer?

An employment contract, a B2B contract, or a contractor agreement. Whichever you choose, it’s a written agreement that commits us to paying you for the full-time role. We agree the hours and rate with you during the process.

Do you publish salary ranges?

Not yet. We talk about rate on the first call, based on the role, your experience and the hours you want.

Sound like you?
