How we estimate

How we estimate, and where every number comes from

No number here is a guess: our prices, vendor list prices and the market ranges we see. The gaps say Quoted.

  • Design and build

A landing page from $10k, a full site from $15k, up to $50k at 30 pages. Design only or a migration: 50% of that. Design only takes about 60% of the time.

  • Platform fees

Framer, Webflow or Astro and Next.js: three editors, billed annually, read on 9 October 2026. Not applicable to design only: we design in Figma.

  • Maintenance

Our 25-hour package, $3,000 a month for 12 months. Off by default.

  • Market ranges

What we see in the market as of October 2026: the same for every scope, never scaled by us.

  • Quoted

Anything without a published price shows “Quoted” and stays out of the totals. Animations are always included.

How much does a website cost in 2026?

It depends on who builds it. In the market, a freelancer typically charges $1.5k to $25k and a typical agency $50k to $100k. Our design and build starts at $15k, and a landing page at $10k, with a senior team that designs and builds in one place for a fixed price. Design only is 50% of that.

What does a website cost to run each year?

For three editors on annual plans: Framer $600 to $840 a year, Webflow $660 to $1,236 a year, and Astro or Next.js hosting with a headless CMS $0 to $780 a year. Maintenance is on top: our 25-hour package is $3,000 a month. With design only, platform fees don’t apply: we design in Figma, so there is no platform to pay for.

How long does it take to build a website?

With us, a landing page takes 2 to 3 weeks, a 5 to 8 page site 4 to 8 weeks and a full site 1 to 3 months. Design only takes about 60% of that: 1 to 2 weeks for a landing page, 3 to 5 weeks for 5 to 8 pages and 1 to 2 months for a full site. A typical agency takes 8 to 12 weeks and a freelancer 4 to 12 weeks. A migration takes 4 to 6 weeks into Framer, 6 to 8 weeks into Webflow and 2 to 4 weeks into Astro or Next.js.

How is a migration priced?

At 50% of our design and build price for the same number of pages and platform, so a 10-page migration is $7.5k to $15k. Platform fees are on top. We fix the price after a URL inventory, once we know the page count, the CMS and the integrations.

What does the estimate leave out?

Anything marked Quoted: integrations and the work for extra languages. Also your domain (about $10 to $20 a year), premium templates and plugins, and platform add-ons such as Webflow Optimize. Animations and interactions are part of every design and build.

Is this a quote?

No. It is an approximate range, as of October 2026, built from our published prices, vendor list prices and the market ranges we see. Scope drives the price: pages, CMS needs, design complexity, integrations and launch support. After a 30-minute call we send a fixed scope and price before any work starts.
