We’re looking for a visual designer with a strong focus on 3D and motion. You’ll create 3D assets in tools like Blender, Spline or Cinema 4D and bring them to life in After Effects, Jitter or Rive, for SaaS, AI and tech companies.

What you’ll do

  • Create 3D assets, renders and interactive elements in Blender, Spline or Cinema 4D.

  • Design motion for brands, launches and product stories in After Effects, Jitter or Rive.

  • Work with our designers and developers so every visual fits the brand and runs on the live site.

  • Explore interactive 3D for websites and apps.

  • Keep 3D and motion files light, so they play smoothly on every device.

  • Try new tools and techniques, and bring the useful ones back to the team.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years in visual design with a strong focus on 3D and motion.

  • After Effects, plus Blender, Spline or Cinema 4D for high quality 3D assets.

  • Polished, detailed work: clean timing, smooth transitions, nothing left rough.

  • You work well with designers and developers, explain your ideas and take feedback.

  • You understand performance for 3D and motion on the web.

  • You’re AI-native: you use Claude and image or video tools every day for references, directions and the busywork, and you know when the output isn’t good enough to use.

Nice to have

  • Jitter and Rive (highly desirable).

  • Interactive 3D on live websites, for example Spline scenes.

  • Knowing how motion gets built on the web (Lottie, Rive, CSS), so handoff is easy.

Tools you’ll use

  • After Effects
  • Blender
  • Cinema 4D
  • Spline
  • Jitter
  • Rive
  • Figma
  • Claude

Questions about working here

Still have a question?

Email us and a real person will answer.

Or email us hello@designme.agency

Do I need 3D and motion, or is one enough?

Both. The role is 3D and motion together: After Effects is required, plus one of Blender, Spline or Cinema 4D. Jitter and Rive are a strong plus.

What should my portfolio show?

Motion and 3D work you can talk through: what the brief was, what you made, and what you’d change now. Links to live work or short reels beat a long showreel.

Can I work remotely?

Yes. Remote, hybrid and office are all options. Our home base is in Gdańsk, and you can also work from Chilliflex offices in Poland.

Where can I work from?

Poland, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe, or the Americas. Hybrid and office days are in Poland.

Can I work part-time?

Yes. Every open role can be full-time or part-time. We agree the hours with you before you start.

How long is a working day?

Seven hours. We care about focused work and clear communication, not hours online.

Do you provide equipment?

No. We don’t provide or fund equipment, so you’ll work on your own computer.

Do you sponsor visas?

No. We can’t sponsor visas, so you need the right to work from where you are.

Do I need to use AI tools?

Yes. We work with Claude and other AI tools every day, and we want people who do too. What matters is the judgement you add: knowing when the output is good, and fixing it when it isn’t.

Is there a test task?

Yes, a paid task of 2 to 3 hours, close to real client work. Use the AI tools you’d use on the job and tell us which ones.

What kind of contract do you offer?

An employment contract, a B2B contract, or a contractor agreement. Whichever you choose, it’s a written agreement that commits us to paying you for the full-time role. We agree the hours and rate with you during the process.

Do you publish salary ranges?

Not yet. We talk about rate on the first call, based on the role, your experience and the hours you want.
