Cybersecurity design agency
Cybersecurity design that engineers and security buyers trust
Brand, website and motion design for security startups, especially those securing AI. We make hard-to-see products visible, without the padlock clichés.
- $2.7M Raised by DevArmor to date
- 5 Product animations for DevArmor
Teams we’ve worked with
DesignMe is a design agency for cybersecurity companies, with a focus on security for the AI era: products that protect AI agents, AI coding tools and the code they write. We design brands, websites, product animations and marketing collateral that engineers and security buyers take seriously. Clients include DevArmor, SPLX and Bugcrowd. We designed DevArmor’s brand, illustration, Webflow website and product animations, SPLX’s brand, marketing assets and website, and marketing collateral for a new Bugcrowd campaign.

Fit
Who we work best with in cybersecurity and AI security
A good fit if
Probably not a fit if
- Not a fit: Companies that need a penetration test, a red team or a security audit
- Not a fit: Teams looking for compliance consulting or SOC 2 readiness
- Not a fit: Projects that need a brand and a full website in under four weeks
Sound familiar?
You secure what others ship. Now your own site has to earn the same trust.
Security startups tend to hit the same walls between the first round and the first enterprise deal. If a few of these sound like you, this page is for you.
Your homepage says “AI-powered security”, and so does every competitor’s.
Padlocks, shields and dark gradients make every vendor look the same. We build the brand around an idea of your own, the way DevArmor got a cheetah and a jungle.
Your product is hard to picture, so the site shows a glowing shield instead.
We storyboard the real moments, a threat model being built or a pull request checked before merge, and animate them for the site and the deck.
Engineers ask for the docs before they believe a word of the homepage.
We lead with what the product does, show real screens and keep the docs and a way to try it one click away.
The engineer and the CISO land on the same page and want different things.
The engineer wants to see it work; the buyer wants risk, controls and proof. We give each a clear path from the first screen.
Your buyers are securing AI agents, and many can’t yet name the risk.
We explain the new attack surface in plain words, what agents can read, call and change, before we show how you catch what goes wrong.
Your own security page is a paragraph and a contact email.
We design a page buyers can forward: audits held, data handling, deployment options and a disclosure policy. Your team owns the audits and the policies.
By stage
What security startups need from the first round to enterprise deals
Pre-seed / Seed
Look credible to engineers and investors with a small team: a brand with its own idea, a site that shows the product working and one clear way to book a demo.
What we usually deliver
- Brand identity
- Launch website
- Product animations
- Pitch deck
- Docs and product styling
Clients at this stage

DevArmorSeed
A cheetah brand, a jungle Webflow website and five product animations for a security platform built for AI coding agents.
Series A
Turn design partners into pipeline: separate paths for engineers and buyers, a security page buyers can forward and a page for each risk you cover.
What we usually deliver
- Website redesign
- Engineer and buyer paths
- Trust and security pages
- Use case and integration pages
- Product UI refresh
Growth
Sell to large enterprises and stay recognizable in a crowded market, with campaigns, events and collateral that look like one company.
What we usually deliver
- Campaign and event collateral
- Enterprise and industry pages
- Brand system for a growing team
- Ongoing design subscription

What each score means
- 0 to 3Easy to scroll past Buyers probably cannot tell what you protect or why you are different. Start with the headline, the product shown working and a brand of your own. Book a security site review
- 4 to 6Credible, not yet convincing The basics are there. Separate paths for engineers and buyers, and a security page they can forward, usually move pipeline next. Talk through the gaps
- 7 to 8Ready for enterprise buyers Your site does the hard part well. Next gains come from use case pages, campaign assets and product motion. Plan the next step

$102M
strategic growth round raised by Bugcrowd, the crowdsourced security testing company, in February 2024. We designed collateral for a new marketing campaign.
$9M
raised by SPLX across a $2M pre-seed and a $7M seed led by LAUNCHub Ventures, for security testing of agentic AI. We designed its brand, marketing assets and website.
$2.7M
raised to date by DevArmor, the security platform for teams building with AI coding agents, led by Work-Bench. We designed its brand and Webflow website.

Glossary: 6 terms, in one sentence each
AppSec
Application security: finding and fixing security flaws in software, from design and code review to testing in production.
Threat modeling
Mapping how a system could be attacked before it is built, so the riskiest paths get fixed first.
Prompt injection
An attack that hides instructions in the text an AI model reads, to make it ignore its rules or leak data.
AI red teaming
Attacking an AI system on purpose, by people or automated tools, to find unsafe behavior before real attackers do.
Crowdsourced security testing
Paying a community of outside researchers to find vulnerabilities, through a bug bounty or a managed testing program.
Vulnerability disclosure policy
A public statement of how researchers can report security issues and how the company will respond.
How we help
Services that matter most for cybersecurity and AI security
Brand identity
A brand with its own idea, so buyers remember you after a week of vendor demos that all look like padlocks.
Website design
A site that says what you protect, shows the product working and gives engineers and security buyers their own paths.
Motion design
Storyboarded product animations that make invisible work visible: a threat found, a review done, a risky change blocked.
Webflow development
A Webflow site your marketing team can update with new use cases, events and launches without waiting on engineering.
Product design
Security consoles, findings views and onboarding that power users move through fast and new users still understand.

FAQs
Cybersecurity design and branding questions, answered
Do you design websites for cybersecurity companies?
Yes. We designed DevArmor’s brand, illustration, Webflow website and product animations, and SPLX’s brand, marketing assets and website. For Bugcrowd we designed marketing collateral for a new campaign.
Security sites need a different order from most B2B sites: what you protect first, the product shown working, the docs close by and a security page buyers can forward.
What does a cybersecurity website need?
A clear line on what you protect and from what, the product shown working, proof from named customers, and a security page that shows how you protect your own customers: audits held, data handling, deployment options and a disclosure policy.
Security buyers check the vendor’s own security before they read the feature list.
How should an AI security startup explain what it does?
Name the risk before the fix. Many buyers are still learning what can go wrong when agents read untrusted text, call tools or write code, so show one concrete attack and how your product stops it.
Then show the product working on that example, in a short animation or a real screen, rather than a glowing shield.
Should a security website speak to engineers or to the CISO?
Both, on separate paths. Engineers often find and test the product; a head of security or a CISO signs off and asks about risk, controls and proof.
We design one homepage that serves the engineer first and gives the buyer a clear route to security, pricing and customers.
How do you make a security brand that doesn’t look like every other one?
Start from an idea that belongs to the company, not to the category. DevArmor wanted a jungle, so the brand got a cheetah and a purple that still reads as security, and we explored the jungle over several rounds before the final design.
Padlocks, shields and dark gradients make every vendor look the same.
How much does a cybersecurity website cost?
Freelancers and templates can cost a few thousand dollars, while a boutique agency usually charges $8,000 to $25,000 for a full website. Brand, product animations and campaign assets add to that.
Our SaaS website design cost guide explains what moves the price.
Can you animate our product for the website?
Yes. For DevArmor we made five product animations, such as a threat model being built and a pull request checked before merge.
Each started as a storyboard in Figma, and the still frames went through review rounds before we animated them, so the motion only had to be built once.
