The best SaaS design agency for a funded startup is the one that fits your stage and your next milestone: a launch, a raise, a product that has outgrown its first design. Below are 10 agencies that do this work well, compared on the same five points, with prices and reviews checked on 26 October 2026.

Full disclosure: I run DesignMe, and DesignMe is on this list, at number one. Here’s how we picked, so you can check our working and reorder it for your own brief. Every competitor gets the same entry: what they’re best for, what they cost where they say so publicly, who they’ve worked with, and where they beat us.

How we picked

Most “best agency” lists are written by an agency that ranks itself first and doesn’t say how it chose. We’re an agency too, so the least we can do is show the method.

We started with the agencies that rank in Google and get named by AI answers for “best design agency for SaaS startups” and “best web design agency for Series A startups” (Parallel, Clay, Ramotion, Eleken and 925Studios came up most in our own weekly check), then added the agencies that appear most often across the other top lists. For each one we read their own site and their Clutch profile on 26 October 2026 and checked five things:

  1. Startup focus. Does the agency say it works with startups or name the stages it serves?
  2. Design and build in one team. Can the same team build the website or product it designs, or do you need a second vendor?
  3. A public starting price. Is there a price, a minimum or a rate on their own site?
  4. Named SaaS case studies. Real SaaS clients you can look up, not anonymous projects.
  5. Independent reviews. A Clutch rating of 4.8 or higher from at least 10 reviews.
Agency Startup focus Design and build Public price Clutch 4.8+, 10+ reviews
DesignMe Yes Yes Yes Yes
Eleken Yes Frontend only Yes Yes
Ramotion Yes Yes Yes Yes
Clay Partly Yes No Yes
Parallel Yes Enterprise tier only Yes Yes
Halo Lab Yes Yes Yes Yes
Phenomenon Studio Yes Yes Yes Yes
Arounda Yes Yes Yes Yes
Focus Lab No No Yes No
925Studios Yes Websites only Yes No

Every agency on the list has named SaaS clients, so that column isn’t shown. Five agencies meet all five points, so the order between them is our judgement, and it’s weighted towards what a funded seed to Series A SaaS team usually needs: one team for the brand, the site and the product, and a price you can plan around. If you’re a Series B company with a $100,000 budget, your order will look different, and the entries below say where.

The 10 agencies at a glance

Agency Best for Starting price Clutch
DesignMe Design and build from one team $6,000/mo or a $15k package 5.0 (12 reviews)
Eleken A SaaS designer on subscription $4,599/mo 4.9 (130 reviews)
Ramotion Brand-name SaaS track record $50,000 per project 4.9 (29 reviews)
Clay Series B and enterprise $50,000+ (Clutch) 4.8 (32 reviews)
Parallel Product UX sprints for early stage Typically from $10k 4.8 (10 reviews)
Halo Lab A big bench at low rates From $5,000 4.9 (100 reviews)
Phenomenon Studio Design plus an MVP build Website design from $6,000 5.0 (54 reviews)
Arounda SaaS and fintech on a monthly model From $6,000 5.0 (87 reviews)
Focus Lab B2B rebrands, Series B and up $15,000/mo 5.0 (3 reviews)
925Studios A low-cost first project From $4,000 5.0 (2 reviews)

Prices are what each agency’s own site said on 26 October 2026, except Clay, which publishes none (that figure is Clutch’s minimum). DesignMe’s rating is from October 2026. Prices and reviews change, so check again before you sign.

1. DesignMe: design and the build in one team

DesignMe homepage: Design that turns attention into revenue, with Book a call and See our work buttons beside a Ballogy case video
Screenshot: designme.agency, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: seed to Series B SaaS teams that need the brand, the website and the product moving at the same time, designed and built by the same people.

  • Website: designme.agency
  • Based: Gdańsk, Poland. A team of 15 senior designers and developers, working European hours and the US East Coast morning.
  • What we do: product design, website design, brand and pitch decks, motion, and the build in Framer, Webflow, Astro or Next.js. We’re a Webflow Premium Partner and a Framer Enterprise Partner.
  • Price: monthly plans at $6,000 (Design or Development) and $10,000 (Design + Development); fixed packages at $15k, $25k and $35k, live in 2 to 8 weeks; a UX audit at $2,500 for 5 to 7 days. Everything is on our pricing page.
  • Reviews: 5.0 on Clutch from 12 reviews.

Here’s the SaaS work behind that, all from our case studies:

  • Seamless.AI: a 130-page enterprise Webflow site, redesigned over 11 months. It started with a three-day audit sprint, and every batch was A/B tested against the live pages: +30% demo bookings and +11% user conversion across the site.
  • Lightdash: the new website went live in 8 weeks, and we worked across the brand, the site and the web app for 16+ months, through Lightdash’s $11M Series A led by Accel (their round, our design).
  • ParkBee: a 16-page B2B Webflow site in English and Dutch, from the first moodboard to the live site in 11 weeks.
  • Quotient: a brand and website project in 2024 that grew into an 18+ month partnership across the brand, website, pitch materials and product.

Where others beat us: we’re 15 people, so a program that needs a large team at once is a better fit for Ramotion, Clay or Halo Lab. We don’t have a US office. And if what you need is a dedicated product designer working inside your own engineering team, Eleken is cheaper and that’s its whole model.

SaaS work behind our entry

2. Eleken: a SaaS product designer on subscription

Eleken homepage: UI/UX design agency for B2B SaaS, with client result stats below
Screenshot: eleken.co, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: B2B SaaS teams that already have engineers and want a dedicated product designer on a monthly plan.

  • Website: eleken.co
  • Based: Kyiv, Ukraine, with a US entity; designers mostly on GMT+2. Founded in 2015, 100+ people, and SaaS only.
  • What they do: product redesigns, MVP design, UX audits, design systems and team extension. Their product design engineering service ships working React or HTML prototypes and frontend changes as a pull request; your developers connect the backend.
  • Price: $4,599 a month for a part-time designer, $6,599 for a full-time designer and $11,999 for two, with a 2-month minimum and one month’s notice.
  • Clients: Aampe, Hubble Network, Datawisp, Lambda and Zaplify, among others on their site.
  • Reviews: 4.9 on Clutch from 130 reviews, the most of any agency here.

Where they beat us: a lower monthly price for one designer, a much bigger review base, and a team that has done nothing but SaaS for a decade. Look elsewhere if you need the marketing site or the backend built: in their words, they build interface changes, not your product.

3. Ramotion: a US team with brand-name SaaS clients

Ramotion homepage: Product and brand design agency, with a Clearbit case below
Screenshot: ramotion.com, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: venture-backed SaaS companies, usually Series A and later, that want brand, product and a front-end build from one US team.

  • Website: ramotion.com
  • Based: San Francisco, Los Angeles and New York. In the industry since 2009, with a team of 70 by its own count.
  • What they do: brand strategy and identity, UI/UX, web and app design, design systems and development, with front ends in Next.js, React and Webflow and a delivery team that includes back-end, DevOps and QA engineers.
  • Price: the most transparent of the bigger agencies. A $50,000 minimum per project, $150 to $199 an hour, and $80,000 to $200,000+ for a full product design engagement. Monthly teams start at $10,000 for a solo expert and $18,000 for a design pod.
  • Clients: Stripe, Salesforce, Descript, Flatfile, Clearbit, Streamlit, Okta and Netflix.
  • Reviews: 4.9 on Clutch from 29 reviews.

Where they beat us: a 15-year record with SaaS names you’ll recognise, US offices, and full engineering pods. Look elsewhere if your budget is under $50,000 for the project.

4. Clay: Series B and enterprise

Clay homepage: Clay is a global branding and UX design agency
Screenshot: clay.global, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: well-funded Series B and enterprise teams that want a San Francisco brand, product and build partner with a big-brand client list.

  • Website: clay.global
  • Based: San Francisco, with offices in New York, Austin, Denver, Lisbon and Belgrade, and 78 people by its own count.
  • What they do: brand strategy and identity, product design, websites with frontend and backend development, content, and mobile and backend development.
  • Price: not published. Clay quotes time and materials, fixed fee or retainer on a blended rate after discovery. Clutch lists a $50,000 minimum and $150 to $199 an hour.
  • Clients: Meta, Google, Slack, Uber, Stripe, Coinbase, Credit Karma and Cisco.
  • Reviews: 4.8 on Clutch from 32 reviews.

Where they beat us: enterprise logo depth, brand strategy and a fintech practice. Look elsewhere if you’re at seed or early Series A and need a price before the first call.

5. Parallel: product UX sprints for early-stage teams

Parallel homepage: We work in Parallel, beside a stack of product screens
Screenshot: parallelhq.com, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: seed to Series A teams, especially AI products, that want design-sprint-led product UX.

  • Website: parallelhq.com
  • Based: San Mateo, California and Bengaluru, India. Founded in 2014 according to Clutch.
  • What they do: UX and product design, design systems, branding, websites, research and audits. Its offer is split by stage, and full-stack engineering sits in the enterprise tier.
  • Price: “engagements typically start at $10k”, and most projects begin with a 4 to 6 week sprint.
  • Clients: funded AI startups such as Inhouse, Sentra and Finpilot, plus Meta and Google.
  • Reviews: 4.8 on Clutch from 10 reviews.

Where they beat us: a packaged sprint method and a recent roster of seed-stage AI startups. Look elsewhere if you need the website or product built by the same team at seed or Series A.

6. Halo Lab: a big bench at low rates

Halo Lab homepage: Design and tech agency helping brands become top 1%, with design, development and marketing teams below
Screenshot: halo-lab.com, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: startups that want a large design and development shop with a deep review base and low hourly rates.

  • Website: halo-lab.com
  • Based: Warsaw, Poland and Boston, US. more than 13 years in business, and 120+ people.
  • What they do: design and development in React, Next.js, Vue and Node.js, plus Webflow, Prismic and Sanity, where they’re a partner.
  • Price: projects start from $5,000. Clutch lists $25 to $49 an hour.
  • Clients: Pluto, Stay, WeSpire, nyra health and Umso.
  • Reviews: 4.9 on Clutch from 100 reviews.

Where they beat us: team size, review volume and price per hour. Look elsewhere if you want a specialist: they work across many industries rather than with SaaS alone.

7. Phenomenon Studio: design plus an MVP build

Phenomenon Studio homepage: Design and engineering partner for scaling and regulated companies
Screenshot: phenomenonstudio.com, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: YC and Techstars-style startups that want product design and an MVP built, with a price list up front.

  • Website: phenomenonstudio.com
  • Based: offices in Tallinn, Lugano and Dover (US). Established in 2019, 70+ people.
  • What they do: web and mobile design and development, AI development and custom software.
  • Price: the most detailed public price list here. A UX audit from $2,000, website design from $6,000, web app design from $13,000, a rapid MVP from $20,000, and a dedicated team from $8,000 a month per specialist.
  • Clients: Artisan, Wisdom, Isora and Klickex.
  • Reviews: 5.0 on Clutch from 54 reviews.

Where they beat us: a granular price list and more reviews. Look elsewhere if you want a brand-led website partner: their center of gravity is the product and the MVP.

8. Arounda: SaaS and fintech on a monthly model

Arounda homepage: Your design and dev partner that unites brand, website and UI/UX design into a holistic product
Screenshot: arounda.agency, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: SaaS and fintech startups that want a mid-size design and Webflow team, by the project or by the month.

  • Website: arounda.agency
  • Based: Odesa, Ukraine and Tallinn, Estonia. Since 2016, 55+ people.
  • What they do: product redesign, MVP design and development, branding, web and mobile, and Webflow builds (they’re a Webflow partner).
  • Price: “typical projects start from $6,000” on their site, with designer and developer subscriptions listed without prices. Clutch lists a $25,000 minimum, so ask which applies to you.
  • Clients: MYSO Finance, Enzyme, Automattic and Blockworks.
  • Reviews: 5.0 on Clutch from 87 reviews.

Where they beat us: review volume and a lower hourly band. Look elsewhere if AI product depth is the priority.

9. Focus Lab: B2B rebrands for growth-stage SaaS

Focus Lab homepage: The world’s most trusted B2B brand agency
Screenshot: focuslab.agency, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: Series B and enterprise B2B SaaS companies that need repositioning and a rebrand.

  • Website: focuslab.agency
  • Based: a team of 38 shown on its about page, in business for more than a decade.
  • What they do: B2B brand strategy, verbal and visual identity, website design and brand retainers. No product design, and no development stated.
  • Price: focused branding from $15,000 a month for 1 to 3 months, a structural rebrand from $25,000 a month for 3 to 5 months, and retainers from $5,000 a month.
  • Clients: Customer.io, Braze, LaunchDarkly, Salesloft, Zuora and PolyAI.
  • Reviews: 5.0 on Clutch from 3 reviews, with a $25,000 minimum listed.

A client we share: Seamless.AI. We redesigned its 130-page Webflow site in 2024 and 2025, then Focus Lab rebranded it as Seamless, an 8+ month project by their own account, and we’re now picking the work back up on top of the new brand. It’s a good example of the split: Focus Lab for the brand strategy, a design and build team for the pages that carry it.

Where they beat us: B2B brand strategy depth and a SaaS logo wall. Look elsewhere if you’re before Series B, or need the product designed or the site built.

10. 925Studios: a low-cost first project

925Studios homepage: Award-winning product design agency for funded AI and B2B SaaS teams
Screenshot: 925studios.co, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: early-stage SaaS and AI founders who want product UI, a Framer or Webflow site and a founder video from one small studio.

  • Website: 925studios.co
  • Based: New Delhi, India, remote-first, founded in 2022 or 2023 (its pages say both).
  • What they do: product UI and UX, websites built in Framer or Webflow, motion and founder videos. No engineering contracts.
  • Price: engagements start at $4,000, with 10 days’ notice and no lock-in.
  • Clients: MARA, Offa, Solana and Jupiter.
  • Reviews: 5.0 on Clutch from 2 reviews.

Where they beat us: the lowest entry price here, and no lock-in. Look elsewhere if you need product engineering or a team with a longer review record.

Which one is right for you

Find your SaaS design agency in 8 questions

What stage is your company at?
What do you need first?
Who will build what gets designed?
What can you spend on the first project?
How would you like to work?
When do you need it live?
What matters most to you?
Where is most of your team?

We wrote this list and we're on it. Each answer counts towards the agencies whose entry above fits it; DesignMe is one of the ten possible answers, not the default.

Answer the eight questions above and you’ll get the agency on this list that fits your answers, plus two more worth a look. Prefer the short version? Here it is as a table:

If you need Look at Why
Brand, site and product from one team DesignMe, Ramotion Both design and build; Ramotion starts at $50,000 per project
One product designer inside your team Eleken $4,599 to $11,999 a month, SaaS only
A Series A website with a fixed price DesignMe, Phenomenon Studio, Halo Lab Public starting prices, design and build
Enterprise polish and a big-brand list Clay, Ramotion $50,000+ minimums
A B2B rebrand before a bigger round Focus Lab Brand strategy depth, Series B and up
The lowest possible start 925Studios, Halo Lab From $4,000 and $5,000

What changes when you hire for a Series A website

The second search this list answers is “best web design agency for Series A startups”, and the brief really does change after the raise. At seed, the site’s job is to explain a new product. After a Series A, it’s usually a sales tool: more of your buyers are teams with a procurement process, and the site has to answer their questions before the demo.

Here’s what that tends to add to the scope:

  • Pages by buyer. Use cases by role or industry, so each buyer sees their own problem solved.
  • A trust page. SOC 2 or ISO 27001 status, honestly stated, with a way to request the reports, plus a status page and your SLA.
  • A demo path that’s been tested. The book-a-call page, the form and the follow-up, measured, not guessed.
  • A CMS your marketing team owns. The new hires will want to ship pages weekly without a developer.
  • A system, not a set of pages. Templates and components, so page 40 looks like page 4.

That’s why “design and build in one team” carries weight in our criteria. A Series A site is rarely one launch; it’s a launch and then a steady flow of pages, and a hand-off between a design agency and a separate developer happens on every one of them. For what the budget looks like, our SaaS website design cost breakdown goes line by line, and rebranding before a Series A covers whether to touch the brand at the same time.

Questions to ask any agency before you sign

  1. Who will work on our project, and how senior are they?
  2. Do you build what you design, and on which stack? If not, who does?
  3. Show me a SaaS project like ours: what was the brief, what shipped, what changed after?
  4. What does the first month look like, week by week?
  5. What’s the price to start, and what happens if we pause or stop?
  6. Who owns the Figma files, the code and the accounts at the end?

Clear answers to these tell you more than any list, ours included. If you’re writing the brief now, our guide on how to brief a design agency helps, and when to hire a design agency vs an in-house designer covers the other option. Building an AI product? We wrote a separate list: the best design agencies for AI startups. And for agencies that use AI in how they work, see the best AI-native design agencies.

DesignMe is a senior design and development team for funded SaaS and AI companies, on a monthly plan or a fixed project. If you’re comparing agencies for a launch or a Series A site, tell us what you’re building and we’ll reply within one business day with what we’d recommend, even if it isn’t us:

What is the best SaaS design agency for startups in 2026?

It depends on your stage and what you need next. For a seed to Series B SaaS team that wants design and the build from one team at a public price, we rank DesignMe first (we are DesignMe, so weigh that). For a product designer on a monthly subscription, Eleken. For a US team with a long record of brand-name SaaS and a $50,000 minimum, Ramotion. For Series B and enterprise brand and product work, Clay.

What is the best web design agency for Series A startups?

Pick one that designs and builds the site in the same team, has shipped B2B SaaS websites for companies at your stage and publishes a starting price. Of the 10 agencies we compared on 26 October 2026, DesignMe, Ramotion, Halo Lab, Phenomenon Studio and Arounda do all three. Ramotion's minimum is $50,000 per project; DesignMe's fixed packages start at $15,000.

How much does a SaaS design agency cost in 2026?

Published starting prices checked on 26 October 2026 range from $4,000 (925Studios) and $5,000 (Halo Lab) for a first project, through $4,599 to $11,999 a month for subscription designers at Eleken and $6,000 to $10,000 a month at DesignMe, to a $50,000 project minimum at Ramotion. Clutch lists Clay's minimum at $50,000 and its hourly rate at $150 to $199.

Should a SaaS startup hire a design agency or an in-house designer?

An agency fits when you need several skills at once, such as brand, website, product and the build, or a launch date in the next two to three months. An in-house designer fits once the work is constant and deep in the product. Many teams do both in order: an agency for the launch and the system, then a hire who takes it over.

How did you choose the agencies on this list?

We started from the agencies that rank and get cited by AI answers for these searches, then checked each one's own site and Clutch profile on 26 October 2026 for five things: a stated startup focus, design and build in one team, a public starting price, named SaaS case studies, and a Clutch rating of 4.8 or higher from at least 10 reviews.
