An AI-native design agency uses AI agents in how it designs, builds and grows your product, not only when the product is about AI. Below are 10 AI design agencies compared on exactly that, with prices and reviews checked on 26 October 2026.

Full disclosure: I run DesignMe, and DesignMe is on this list, at number one. Here’s how we picked, so you can check our working. Every competitor gets the same entry: how AI shows up in their own work, what they cost where they say so publicly, who they’ve worked with, and where they beat us.

What makes a design agency AI-native

Most lists of AI design agencies mean one of two things: an agency that designs AI products, or an agency that uses AI for ideas. Neither tells you how the work gets done. We wrote a separate list for the first one, the best design agencies for AI startups. This one is about the second question: does AI change how the agency designs, builds and grows what it makes for you?

Here are the five signs we looked for:

  • Named tools and a workflow you can see. Claude Code, Cursor, Figma’s MCP server: an agency that works this way says which tools, and can show a design going into code.
  • Design to code without a hand-off. Approved screens become components and pages in the same team, often as a pull request into your repository.
  • Design systems agents can read. Tokens, component rules and written guidelines, so your own team’s agents build on-brand. Our guide to design systems AI agents can build with shows what that looks like.
  • Sites built to be cited. Structured pages that answer engines can quote, and someone who checks whether they do. More in AEO for SaaS.
  • People still decide. Agents do the legwork; a person decides what the work is for and approves every change before it ships.

How we picked

We started with the agencies that rank and get cited for “AI-native design agency” and “AI design agency”, then added the agencies that appear most often on the other AI design lists. For each one we read their own site and their Clutch profile on 26 October 2026 and checked four things:

  1. Named AI tools in their own process. Not “we use AI”, but which tools, and where.
  2. Design and build in one team. Can the same team build what it designs?
  3. Growth and AEO in-house. Will someone keep improving the site after launch, including for AI search?
  4. A public starting price. A price, a minimum or a rate on their own site.
Agency Names its AI tools Design and build Growth and AEO Public price
DesignMe Yes Yes Yes Yes
Goodspeed Yes Mostly websites Sites built to be cited Yes
Lazarev.agency No Webflow sites Yes No
Evil Martians Yes Yes No Yes
Eleken Yes Frontend only No Yes
Halo Lab No Yes Yes Yes
Focus Lab Yes No No Yes
925Studios Yes Websites only No Yes
Phenomenon Studio Partly Yes No Yes
Fantasy No Not stated No No

Only DesignMe meets all four, and these are points we chose, so weigh that. The order below is our judgement: first the evidence that AI is part of how an agency works (tools named, a workflow shown), then how much of the job one team covers.

The 10 agencies at a glance

Agency Best for Starting price Clutch
DesignMe Design, build and growth from one team $6,000/mo or a $15k package 5.0 (12 reviews)
Goodspeed AI-native Framer sites Site from $10,000 5.0 (47 reviews)
Lazarev.agency Agentic websites and AI search $100,000+ (Clutch) 5.0 (19 reviews)
Evil Martians Design engineers for AI and devtools $7,000/week per person Not listed
Eleken Claude Code prototypes in your repo $4,599/mo 4.9 (130 reviews)
Halo Lab Design, development and growth at scale From $5,000 4.9 (100 reviews)
Focus Lab Brand systems agents can read Retainers from $5,000/mo 5.0 (3 reviews)
925Studios Claude Code builds on a small budget From $4,000 5.0 (2 reviews)
Phenomenon Studio Design and engineering at set prices Website design from $6,000 5.0 (54 reviews)
Fantasy AI-native positioning for enterprise Not published No reviews

Prices are what each agency’s own site said on 26 October 2026, except Lazarev.agency, which publishes none (that figure is Clutch’s minimum). DesignMe’s rating is from October 2026. Prices and reviews change, so check again before you sign.

1. DesignMe: design, build and growth with AI in the loop

DesignMe homepage: Design that turns attention into revenue, with Book a call and See our work buttons beside a Ballogy case video
Screenshot: designme.agency, captured 26 October 2026

Best for: funded SaaS and AI teams that want product design, the website, the build and growth from one team that uses AI agents for the legwork.

  • Website: designme.agency
  • Based: Gdańsk, Poland. A team of 15 senior designers and developers, working European hours and the US East Coast morning.
  • AI in our process: agents do the first read of a brief, your site and your competitors, draft variations of flows, layouts and copy, draft components and pages in code, and check contrast, links and speed. People pick the direction, review every change and fix what the agent gets wrong. Nothing ships until a person approves it. We work in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Midjourney, with Claude Code in our own repositories.
  • What we do: product design, website design, brand and pitch decks, motion, the build in Framer, Webflow, Astro or Next.js, AI workflows, cleanup of AI-built MVPs, and growth: SEO and AEO, and conversion work. How it fits together for AI teams is on our AI design agency page.
  • Price: monthly plans at $6,000 (Design or Development) and $10,000 (Design + Development), SEO and AEO or CRO add-ons from $3,000 a month, and fixed packages at $15k, $25k and $35k, live in 2 to 8 weeks. Everything is on our pricing page.
  • Reviews: 5.0 on Clutch from 12 reviews.

Here’s the first-hand proof. We moved our own site from Framer to Astro in six days, working with Claude Code: first commit on 7 October 2026, live on 13 October. Median mobile PageSpeed went from 33 to 71 on the Framer pages to 91 to 99 on Astro, hosting went from about $150 a month to $0, and a typical page edit went from 3 to 5 hours to 10 to 15 minutes (the full write-up). In the six days after the switch, 91 changes were merged, most of them starting as one sentence to Claude. Our team edits the site by asking Claude, and every change still goes through a preview and a person.

The same approach runs on client work, from our case studies:

  • Datawizz: brand, investor materials, launch videos and a Framer website that scores 99/100 on PageSpeed Insights, over 18+ months.
  • Seamless.AI: a 130-page Webflow site redesigned over 11 months and A/B tested against the live pages: +30% demo bookings and +11% user conversion across the site.
  • Zinq AI: a deck and a rebrand that became a retainer two weeks later, across the website, 11 product areas including the AI assistant, and the sales material.

Where others beat us: Goodspeed has more Clutch reviews and a sharper Framer-only offer. Evil Martians goes deeper on engineering for developer tools. Lazarev.agency has the bigger award record. And we’re 15 people, so a program that needs a large team at once fits Halo Lab better.

  2. Can you show me a design going into code, or a pull request from a recent project?
  3. Who reviews what the agents produce before it reaches us?
  4. Will you set up our design system so our own team’s agents can use it?
  5. After launch, who checks whether our pages show up in AI answers?
  6. What does it cost to start, and who owns the files, code and accounts at the end?

An agency that works this way answers the first two with something you can see. For two related lists, see the best SaaS design agencies for startups and the best design agencies for AI startups.

What is an AI-native design agency?

An AI-native design agency uses AI agents in how it designs, builds and grows a product: tools such as Claude Code or Cursor turning designs into code, design systems written so agents can read them, and websites built to be cited in AI answers. People still decide what the work is for and approve what ships. It is different from an agency that only designs products about AI.

What is the best AI design agency in 2026?

For a team that wants design, the build and growth from one team with AI in the process and a public price, we rank DesignMe first (we are DesignMe, so weigh that). For an AI-native Framer site, Goodspeed. For agentic websites and AI search with a large budget, Lazarev.agency. For design engineers on AI and developer tools, Evil Martians.

How do I tell if a design agency really works AI-native?

Ask which AI tools the team uses and to see the workflow: a design going into code, a pull request, a design system file an agent reads. Agencies that work this way name their tools and can show the output. If the answer is only that they use AI for ideas, it is positioning, not process.

How much does an AI design agency cost?

Published prices checked on 26 October 2026 range from $4,000 to start at 925Studios and $5,000 at Halo Lab, through $10,000 for a Goodspeed site and $6,000 a month or $15,000 for a fixed package at DesignMe, to $7,000 a week per person at Evil Martians. Clutch lists a $100,000 minimum for Lazarev.agency, which publishes no prices.

How did you choose the agencies on this list?

We started from the agencies that rank and get cited for AI-native and AI design agency searches, then checked each one's own site and Clutch profile on 26 October 2026 for four things: named AI tools in its own process, design and build in one team, growth and AEO in-house, and a public starting price.

You've reached the end, so now…
