Why London teams work with us

A senior team, one hour ahead of you

London is the world’s third-ranked startup ecosystem (Startup Genome, 2026). Its teams hire us for senior work in their own hours.

  • Seven shared hours

Your 9:00 to 16:00 is our 10:00 to 17:00, every weekday, all year.

  • One senior team

Senior designers and engineers in your Slack, Figma and GitHub, not freelancers.

  • Close collaboration

Weekly calls, more before a launch, and your Slack, Figma or GitHub.

  • Trust-heavy sectors

A university, an investment trust and a fintech: buyers who check every claim.

Time zones

One hour apart, the same working day

Poland and the UK change their clocks on the same weekends, so the gap stays one hour all year.

UK rules

What a London site has to get right in 2026

Three UK rules that change what goes on a page. Each links to the regulator or the government guidance.

  • Cookies after the DUAA

Under the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, cookies used only for statistics can run without consent if you explain them and offer an easy way to object. Advertising cookies still need consent. We set up the banner and tag loading to match.

  • FCA financial promotions

Pages, ads and social posts that promote financial products must be fair, clear and not misleading, with risks as visible as benefits (FCA FG24/1). We design risk lines and comparison tables into the layout, not the footer.

  • Public sector accessibility

Public sector bodies, universities included, must meet WCAG 2.2 AA and publish an accessibility statement. We design and build to WCAG 2.2 AA from the first wireframe.

We design and build to these rules. We are not lawyers: your legal or compliance team signs off on the wording.

How it works

How we work with teams in London

  1. 01

    Intro call with Adrian

Adrian, our founder, takes every intro call. Book any time in your working day, usually between 9:00 and 16:00 your time.

  2. 02

    Scope and team

A scope, a timeline and the team for the work. A project manager is your single point of contact from then on.

  3. 03

    Reviews in your day

Weekly calls between 9:00 and 16:00 London time, more before a launch, with Slack in between.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

We launch with you and hand over the Figma files and the code, so your team owns the work.

Questions, before you book

Adrian

Can't find your answer?

Book a call and let's talk.

Or email us  hello@designme.agency

Do you have an office in London?

No. We work with partners in London, but have no studio or staff there. Our whole team works from our HQ in Gdańsk, Poland, one hour ahead of London, and projects run over video calls, Slack, Figma and GitHub.

Which London companies do you work with?

Lightdash (brand, website, product design and a Framer build), Finverity (website), Duel (website work), the London School of Economics and Political Science (a custom dashboard) and Mobius Investment Trust (an event marketing website). All five are headquartered in London.

How much of our working day overlaps?

Seven hours. Our core day is 9:00 to 17:00 in Gdańsk, which is 8:00 to 16:00 in London, so we share 9:00 to 16:00 your time every weekday. Messages after that get a reply within 1 business day.

Can you work with our users’ data under UK GDPR?

Yes. The UK treats every EEA country, Poland included, as adequate, so personal data can go to our team without extra transfer safeguards. We can sign an NDA before you share private materials.

Do you invoice in pounds?

Yes. Our prices are published in US dollars, and we invoice in pounds, euros, US dollars or Canadian dollars, whichever suits you.

Can you come to London?

Yes, for UX workshops and kickoffs. London is about a 1.5-hour flight from Gdańsk, so we can be in your office for a day and work remotely the rest of the time.

What does it cost to work with DesignMe?

Design or development starts at $6,000 a month, and full design and development starts at $10,000 a month. SEO and AEO or CRO add from $3,000 a month each. Fixed projects start with a $2,500 UX audit, and our launch packages run from $15k.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a few days. If you need to move this week, tell us on the first call and we’ll plan around it.
